Dear Chap Fans –

As we close out the 2025-2026 school year, we want to extend our thanks and gratitude to everyone involved in supporting the Westlake Chap Club.

The Chap Club was able to provide essential resources that directly benefited our student-athletes and programs for all our UIL sports. From funding team travel, new equipment and uniforms, training/support for our coaches, to enhancing training facilities and much more!

Below, you’ll find highlights from the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to share the incredible impact made possible by support of parents and community partners that enabled us to bridge the gap between state funding and the important needs of our athletic department.

  • Hudl Camera, storage and analysis, software support and 5 new cameras
  • Honor Cords for our 2026 student athlete graduates
  • Mats and rugs for fieldhouse/weight room/gym with logos
  • Medicine ball rolling storage racks
  • New/replacement of Chap Stadium signage
  • New sideline chairs for the gym (basketball and volleyball)
  • Vacuum mobilizers and rehab equipment (bike, rogue adjustable bench)
  • Timing system (system, yearly maintenance and software)
  • Coach support: training; stipends (bus); coaches convention dinner event; coaches appreciation meals; and unique embroidered backpacks.

  • Arccos, a performance tracking and analytics tool

  • New Nike game uniforms
